A R Rehman Wins Golden Globe Award for Slumdog Millionaire

A R Rahman bagged the Golden Globe award in the category of Original Score for his brilliant composition in Slumdog Millionaire. The maestro has proved once again, that he is truly one of the best music composers in the world.
In his speech after winning the award, A R Rahman dedicated this award to billions of Indians.

To A R Rahman from India – You are the one to stand out with your originality and true genius in Music. But Its not done yet. You have to fetch us an Oscar. Congratulations and All The Best.

Also Simon Beaufoy bagged the Best Screenplay in a Motion Picture for Slumdog Millionaire. Anil Kapoor was also a Nominee for Slumdog Millionaire. Besides Anil Kapoor, Indian Bollywood actor Irfan Khan also played a brilliant role in Slumdog Millionaire movie. Slumdog Millionaire also has severl nomination for Oscars. All the best India.
