Katrina kaif Looses `Race 2` To Kareena Kapoor

Katrina Kaif in Race

Now as the film Race got so well, the producers, Tips, the directors, Abbas-Mastan , and the actors, Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor , want the film’s sequel to be made. This film will be Titled Race 2.
Katrina Kaif and Bipasha Basu won’t be part of the sequel. Rather Kareena Kapoor has reportedly been roped in to pair with Saif.

According to a source, “Katrina’s departure from ‘Race 2’ was almost certain because her character dies at the end of ‘Race’. What’s surprising is Bipasha’s absence.”

Saif, who paired with both Bipasha and Katrina in the film, says he is thrilled by the idea of working with Bebo in ‘Race 2’, which, he says, would be “slicker, sexier, faster and more thrilling”. The movie is presently in scripting stages and would probably go on the floors later this year.

Saif and Kareena are currently shooting together for director Rensil D’Silva ’s film on terrorism.

Meanwhile, in a press conference recently, Kareena refused to comment on Katrina Kaif when she was asked a question about Kat.

“I don’t talk about other actresses,” was Kareena’s terse response.

Well, the reply itself says a lot.
